Signed, open edition art print. There are actually two carousels depicted in this humorous and vibrantly colorful print which is based on an original canvas painting of a Hershell Spillman merry-go-round. The print measures 14.5 x 11.5 inches and the actual image is 12.5 x 9.25 inches. The border edge of the print is a light cream color and the image is offset by a 3 indigo blue lines which give the print the effect of all ready being matted. Jim has over 250 hours of work on the original painting. The geometric designs at the top of the print are similar to some of Jim's geometric abstract paintings.
